Schedule: Full-time, 30+hours/week (flexible between 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. PT; open 7 days/week)

The Role

We’re looking for a warm, experienced California-licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our collaborative telehealth team.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and comfortable working independently while staying connected to a supportive, clinician-first community.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive 60-minute psychiatric evaluations for adult patients (18+).
• Provide 30-minute medication management follow-up visits via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
• Document efficiently using electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with pharmacies, administrative staff, and other clinicians to ensure continuity of care.

Minimum Requirements

• Active California PMHNP license (PMHNP-BC).
• At least 2 years of post-licensure outpatient psychiatric experience (new graduates are not eligible).
• Active DEA license registered in California.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting (hybrid optional).
• Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems (training provided).
• Full-time availability (30–40 hours/week) as a dedicated W-2 employee.
• Professional, friendly, compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills.

Patient & Visit Details

• Population: Adults (18+)
• Initial Evaluations: 60 minutes
• Follow-Ups: 30 minutes
• All visits: Secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth
