Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Integrated Behavioral Health

AriseVida Care is a fast-growing behavioral health startup in Phoenix, Arizona. We are building something meaningful — and we are looking for the right Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to grow with us.

We are seeking a part-time PMHNP, primarily Mondays and Fridays on-site, with optional telehealth availability Tuesday through Thursday if desired.

Key Responsibilities:

• Psychiatric evaluations
• Medication management follow-ups
• Consistent treatment plan updates
• History and Physicals (H&Ps)
• Accurate, compliant documentation
• Collaborative team-based care

We serve an adult outpatient population in a structured, professional clinical environment.

Active Arizona license and DEA required.
Outpatient psychiatry experience preferred.
