Key Responsibilities


  • Spearheads and manages all Administrative Duties related to securing
    Next-Level press and influencer visits across all Destinations.

  • Executes all Public Relations activities with a 'FIVE-Styled' flair,
    maintaining FIVE s signature Elegant Style.

  • Curates Sensational press coverage and Meticulously maintains records of
    media clippings, adhering to Rigorous record-keeping processes.

  • Drafts and distributes Weekly Press Alerts to keep FIVE Tribe Members
    informed of remarkable Media Highlights.

  • Supports with the efficient distribution of Press Releases to targeted
    media, media agencies, and other contacts.

  • Assists in organising the Public Relations server by regularly
    Downloading and Storing documents shared by Internal and External stakeholders.

  • Maintains a Master List of media coverage secured by the in-house Public
    Relations team and external Public Relations agencies.

  • Collaborates with various FIVE Tribe members to curate banks of
    Media-Friendly imagery.

  • Maintains a Comprehensive and Updated list of local and international
    media contacts, influencers, bloggers, and other partners to facilitate FIVE s
    Disruptive Public Relations efforts.

  • Coordinates with agency partners and Maintains records of all daily,
    weekly, monthly and annual reports.

  • Provides Enthusiastic and Efficient support to the Head of Department
    with various administrative duties and reporting.

  • Works closely with the Heads of Department and other departments to
    Fulfil administrative requests, including finalising contracts, invoicing,
    complimentary forms, and follow-ups, ensuring seamless task completion.

  • Supports FIVE s in-house Public Relations Team and fosters Consistency
    in both Internal and External communication across departments.

  • Regularly updates the Head of Department on all operational Achievements
    and Key Issues, ensuring Transparent communication and alignment with FIVE s
    goals.

  • Stays informed about the latest Industry Trends, Music, and Best
    Practices, ensuring FIVE maintains its Leading position in the industry.

  • Actively implements Departmental Strategies and Action Plans in
    alignment with the wider organisational strategy.

  • Assists the Director of Public Relations in day-to-day
    Administrative Tasks, including but not limited to scheduling appointments,
    managing calendars, and organising meetings.

  • Coordinates Exceptional Travel Arrangements and Accommodations for the
    Director as required.

  • Prepares and Edits correspondence, communications, presentations, and
    other documents on behalf of the Director.

  • Maintains and organise files, records, and documents in both physical
    and digital formats to ensure Sensational Record-Keeping.

  • Serves as a Point of Contact between the Director and internal/external
    Stakeholders, demonstrating Professionalism and Discretion in all interactions.

  • Conducts Exquisite research, compiles data, and generates reports as
    needed to support the Director's Award-Winning Initiatives and Projects.
