Key Responsibilities
1. PRO & Government Liaison
- Manage all government-related processes for the company (e.g., visa processing, labor contracts, trade license renewals, Emirates ID, visas for employees/family, etc.).
- Coordinate with authorities, typing centers, and government portals to ensure timely compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of all employee visa and legal documentation.
2. Legal & Compliance Support
- Draft, review, and maintain company contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure company policies comply with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Assist management in legal matters, including employee relations issues, disputes, and approvals.
- Liaise with external legal advisors and government departments as needed.
3. HR & Administrative Support
- Support HR in onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records, employment contracts, and approvals.
- Assist in payroll documentation and audits.
- Prepare periodic reports for management on visas, legal cases, and compliance matters.
4. Office Compliance & Governance (Optional Additional Tasks)
- Follow up on license renewals, permits, and corporate documentation.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are updated and legally compliant.
- Track deadlines for government approvals, labor inspections, and other statutory obligations.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of UAE labor law, visa regulations, and HR compliance.
- Strong coordination skills with government authorities and external agencies.
- Legal understanding (contract review, labor law application, regulatory compliance).
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
- UAE driving license is required.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
