What You ll Do

* Conduct inspections of public transport, maritime transport, charter buses, school transport, tourist transport, and international passenger transport for compliance with laws and regulations.
* Verify that passengers use approved payment methods and issue violations for non-compliance.
* Inspect air-conditioned shelters, ensuring users comply with applicable regulations.
* Exercise powers as a judicial control officer to impose fines on users and operators when violations are found.
* Ensure safety and security standards are met in all transport modes including buses, maritime transport, and school/tourist services.
* Respond to public inquiries and distribute brochures, maps, and schedules to promote transportation awareness.
* Prepare reports on inspection results and service quality improvements.
* Execute daily work schedules assigned by supervisors and submit inspection results.
* Manage and safeguard inspection supplies and materials.
* Participate in public education initiatives to spread awareness of public transportation culture.
* Work flexible hours, including outside of official working hours, as required.

Ideal Profile

* High school certificate or equivalent.
* 0 2 years of relevant work experience.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to interact politely and effectively with the public.
* Analytical skills to identify violations and enforce compliance.
* Ability to work under varied conditions, including field inspections across Dubai.
* Basic computer literacy for reporting and compliance tracking.
