Purchase Assistant

Ability to manage purchase to pay procurement activity, Work meticulously and methodically. Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal (including external internal, cross departmental

Team. Able to organise work to achieve deadlines.

Job responsibilities:

 A working knowledge of accounting software packages

 Tally Software knowledge is a must.

 Excellent command of all Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.

 Good Knowledge of Excel Lookups and Pivot Tables.

 Purchase order creation, Vendor follow up, master files record update.

 Organization & Documentation cross functional work.

Candidate requirements:

 Graduate in any specialisation

 Prior experience of 2-3 years in Purchase Support & Coordination.

 Proficiency in English along with excellent knowledge of MS Office.

 Positive, enthusiastic approach & can-do attitude, Curious to understand and improve.

 Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

 Ability to create & deliver reports on requirement.

 Inquisitive and self-motivated to learn new things.

 Ability to work independently while adhering to the company's work strategy.

 Able to organise independently to achieve deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
