Purchase Assistant - Travel Bags / Luggage

Overview: We are seeking a Purchase Assistant with a passion for the travel bags and luggage industry. The ideal candidate will have up to 1 year of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials and products related to travel bags and luggage.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate prices.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best deals.
  • Support the purchasing team with administrative tasks and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Up to 1 year of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the travel bags/luggage industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with market trends in travel bags and luggage
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
