Job Summary:
The Purchase Coordinator is responsible for handling daily procurement activities, coordinating with suppliers, preparing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and review purchase requests from departments.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders accurately.
  • Communicate and follow up with suppliers for quotations, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain records of supplier details, orders, and delivery status.
  • Coordinate with accounts for invoice and payment processing.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment.
  • Support the procurement team in sourcing and price comparisons.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Age above 30

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
