Fresher / 0–2 years (Freshers are welcome to apply)

Graduate

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for purchase orders
  • Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders
  • Follow up with suppliers on order status, delivery schedules, and invoices
  • Maintain purchase records, vendor details, and pricing data
  • Coordinate with internal departments for material requirements
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Assist in negotiation and comparison of quotations
  • Handle basic documentation related to procurement
  • Support the purchase team in day-to-day activities

Skills & Requirements:

  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge MS Excel, Word, and email communication
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow in procurement function
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
