Job Description:

Procurement & Supplier Management

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
  • Maintain relationships with existing vendors and develop new supplier partnerships.
  • Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, machinery, and other required items.
  • Conduct supplier audits and performance evaluations.

Purchasing Operations

  • Process purchase orders (POs) and follow up with vendors for on-time delivery.
  • Ensure that procurement activities comply with company policies and quality standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to prevent shortages.
  • Manage import/export documentation and compliance when required.

ERP & Documentation

  • Utilize ERP systems for procurement activities, including order tracking and supplier management.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records, contracts, and supplier agreements.
  • Generate reports on purchase activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.

Cost Optimization & Budgeting

  • Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Work closely with finance and production teams to manage budgets and control procurement costs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,130.99 - ₹30,742.48 per month
