Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Obtain and compare quotations based on technical and commercial requirements.
- Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company procedures.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts with suppliers.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, warehouse, and project teams to understand procurement requirements.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid production or project delays.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain approved vendor lists.
- Track purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Verify technical specifications and compliance of purchased materials.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, and documentation.
- Resolve supply chain issues, delivery delays, and quality concerns.
- Support inventory optimization and stock management initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 Years of Purchase Experience In UAE
- Excellent Communication and accounting skill
- Holder of UAE Driving License
