Key Responsibilities

  • Source and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Obtain and compare quotations based on technical and commercial requirements.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company procedures.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts with suppliers.
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, warehouse, and project teams to understand procurement requirements.
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid production or project delays.
  • Monitor supplier performance and maintain approved vendor lists.
  • Track purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
  • Verify technical specifications and compliance of purchased materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain procurement records, contracts, and documentation.
  • Resolve supply chain issues, delivery delays, and quality concerns.
  • Support inventory optimization and stock management initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 Years of Purchase Experience In UAE
  • Excellent Communication and accounting skill
  • Holder of UAE Driving License
