Purchase Engineer for real estate Group_Punawale

Job Summary

The Purchase Engineer is responsible for procurement of construction materials and services for residential projects, ensuring timely availability, cost effectiveness, quality compliance, and coordination with site, contracts, and accounts teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Vendor Management

• Procure construction materials for residential projects (RCC, finishing, MEP)
• Identify, evaluate, and empanel vendors and subcontractors
• Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, and finalize vendors
• Negotiate rates, terms, delivery schedules, and payment conditions

Technical Coordination

• Understand BOQs, drawings, and material specifications
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Planning, and Estimation teams
• Ensure material quality as per approved samples and specifications

Purchase Orders & Documentation

• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders / Work Orders
• Track deliveries, shortages, and site requirements
• Maintain procurement records, rate contracts, and vendor data
• Coordinate with Accounts for GRN, billing, and payment follow-ups

Cost Control & Compliance

• Ensure procurement within approved budgets
• Support cost-saving initiatives and alternate sourcing
• Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹46,177.96 per month
