Job Purpose:

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement procurement strategies.

· Identify and negotiate with reliable suppliers & Compare offers from suppliers and negotiate pricing.

· Make the purchase order in excel and email to vendors.

· Track the orders after sending the purchase orders.

· Check the quality of the purchased products.

· Maintain the file of all invoices, e-way bills dispatch details rec’d by vendors.

· Coordinate with store dept. and take daily updates.

· Create reports on purchases, including cost analyses.

· Managing inventory daily basis.

· To meet any other duties of the management from time to time.

Requisite Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field. Experience in procurement, preferably in manufacturing.

Strong negotiation, communication and organizational skills.

Qualification:

Good Knowledge of Microsoft office i.e. MS Word, Excel, Tally.

Excellent organizational and time- management skills.

Knowledge of market research, data analysis, and purchasing best practices.

Education:

Any Graduate ( Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or Industrial Engineering)

Total Experience:

2 – 3 year

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
