To support our expanding project portfolio, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement operations efficiently.

~Job Summary

The Purchase Executive will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials required for interior design projects. This role ensures the timely availability of quality materials at optimal costs while maintaining strong vendor relationships and supporting smooth project execution.

~Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Procure materials such as plywood, laminates, hardware, lighting, furniture, fittings, finishes, and décor items
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers
• Obtain quotations, compare pricing, negotiate rates, and finalize purchases
• Prepare and process purchase orders as per approved specifications and budgets
• Coordinate with interior designers, site engineers, and project managers for material requirements and timelines
• Track orders, deliveries, and material receipts to ensure timely supply
• Maintain procurement records including invoices, challans, stock registers, and payment follow-ups
• Monitor inventory levels and avoid shortages or excess stock
• Ensure materials meet quality standards and approved samples
• Conduct market research to stay updated on material trends, pricing, and new products
• Suggest cost-effective alternatives without compromising design intent or quality

~Skills & Competencies

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Good knowledge of interior materials and finishes
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
• Attention to detail and cost control mindset
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects

~ Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Supply Chain / Commerce preferred)
• Experience in interior design, construction, or real estate procurement is an advantage
• Freshers with relevant exposure and strong learning ability may apply
