Purchase Executive

We are looking for professional Purchase Executive to Part of our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and handling the procurement process, sourcing high-quality materials, and negotiating contracts with suppliers. The role requires efficient coordination with project teams, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services that align with the company's operational needs.

• Responsible for all kinds of purchases of materials including Packaging items (CAN, CTN, LABELS, TAPES, STRETCH FILMS. ETC..) and chemicals such as dyes and perfume for oils.
• Coordinate with existing Stakeholder suppliers, client- for all our company needs and requirements.
• Periodically Supervision and monitor inventory items.
• Analyzing the stock and replenishing the stock of raw materials according to our needs.
• Constant communication with the supplier and our production and our logistic team for better supply chain activities.
• Meeting, discussion & Negotiation with suppliers for production, prices, delivery and quality of item we receive.
• Solving problems and finding alternatives during problem faced with packaging items.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing list.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in oil and lubricant industry.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in software and ERP systems.
• High level organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple procurement projects.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
