Purchase Executive

· Assist in sourcing suppliers and gathering quotations for transformer components and materials.

· Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders (POs) as per standard procedures.

· Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier information in the procurement system.

· Track orders, follow up with suppliers for timely deliveries, and address any order discrepancies.

· Coordinate with the Stores and Production teams to ensure the availability of required materials.

· Verify and process invoices for payment, ensuring alignment with PO terms.

· Conduct periodic stock checks and assist in inventory audits.

· Follow safety, quality, and compliance protocols in all procurement activities.

· Support the Purchase Manager in supplier negotiations and cost-saving initiatives.

· Perform additional duties as assigned by the Purchase Manager.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
