Kerala Cafe is a renowned multi chain restaurant group with its presence in Mumbai, Pune , Kerala & Bangalore known for its authentic Kerala cuisine, providing a delightful dining experience with a focus on traditional flavors and warm hospitality.

Purchase Executive Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) accurately in line with company policies and approvals.
• Ensure proper verification, documentation, and closure of Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) for all incoming materials.
• Raise purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to various outlets.
• Monitor inventory levels in coordination with the store/warehouse team and ensure stock replenishment as per consumption.
• Ensure procurement of fresh, high-quality ingredients in line with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to achieve cost efficiency and reliability.
• Track and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and seasonal availability of raw materials.
• Ensure proper documentation, billing, and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with the Accounts team for timely vendor payments and reconciliation.
• Work closely with Operations, Kitchen, and Store teams to meet outlet-specific requirements.
• Regularly review supplier performance and recommend alternatives if needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-2 year experience in hospitality industry
• Proficiency in the relevant management software programs.
• Good written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• The ability to identify market trends and make decisions in a high-stress environment.
• The ability to follow client specifications.
• Excellent networking and time management skills.
