PURCHASE EXECUTIVE (CONFECTIONERY)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supplier Management:

Identify, evaluate, and establish strong relationships with confectionery ingredient suppliers and vendors to ensure a consistent and high-quality supply chain.

• Negotiation:

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure cost-effective deals while maintaining quality standards.

• Procurement & Orders:

Process purchase orders, track shipments, and coordinate with internal departments to meet specific purchasing needs for raw materials and other supplies.

• Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely reordering and replenishment to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.

• Quality Control:

Ensure that all procured materials, ingredients, and products meet company quality and food safety standards and regulatory requirements.

• Quality Assurance:

Ensure all delivered beverages and supplies meet the company’s quality and safety standards, including compliance with required certifications and applicable tax regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, product certifications, and legal requirements related to beverage and supply distribution.
