Key Responsibilities

  • Procurement & Sourcing – Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers, negotiate terms, and ensure quality of parts.
  • Inventory Management – Monitor and control stock levels to ensure timely availability and accuracy.
  • Supplier Relations – Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders for efficient supply chain operations.
  • Coordination – Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to manage inflow/outflow of parts and resolve issues.
  • Cost Control – Track expenses, control procurement costs, and maintain required quality standards.
  • Market Awareness – Stay updated on product launches, trends, and competitor pricing to support purchasing decisions.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical knowledge of spare parts (e.g., vehicles, equipment, and earth-moving machinery) and compatibility.
  • Understanding of procurement, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solving ability with a focus on availability and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office tools.
