Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate suppliers, vendors, based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
  • Request quotations, compare offers, and negotiate prices and terms.
  • Process purchase orders (POs) and maintain procurement documentation.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., production, inventory, finance) to understand procurement needs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
  • Follow up on outstanding orders and resolve supply issues or discrepancies.

Qualification & Skills Required

  • Should Be Graduated.
  • Proven Experience in Procurement.
  • Strong Negotiation, Communication, And Analytical Skills.
  • Knowledge of Inventory Management and Procurement Software.
