Purchase Manager

India

Purchase Manager is responsible for the movement of goods, from manufacturers and suppliers to the customer. They oversee and manage every stage of the production flow, from purchasing the raw materials to the delivery of the final product.

  • Coordination with Accounting/Finance department for the timely payment release.
  • Maintaining constant supply along with current vendors.
  • Logistics Arrangements for Raw Material
  • Coordination with Factories for availability and schedule the delivery of the materials.
  • Review of daily indents & various requirements of various units of Organization.
  • Daily raw material planning & preparing raw materials price list
  • Maintain database of all vendors & maintaining vendor relationship.
  • Resolving issues of Suppliers.
  • Identify new vendor.
  • Processing purchase requisitions.
  • Purchase inquiry and analysis report of quotations
  • Dispatch P. O. duly signed by the concern persons along with required Documents.
  • Follow-up for Delivery of the Material as per urgency.
  • Follow up for shortage of material.
  • Basic Knowledge of Excise & Import.
  • Checking and maintaining the closing stock
  • Responsible for all stock reports for raw materials
  • All the requirements of the customers meet on time in an efficient and safe manner.
  • To coordinate with third party logistics (3PLs).
  • To ensure that there is a safe and timely dispatch of goods.
  • To ensure that the business goals of the organization are in synchronization with logistics system.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
