Purchase Manager

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Purchase Manager with a strong background in the facade industry to manage procurement activities and supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of facade systems, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong engineering mindset to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of quality materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for facade materials and components.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure timely procurement to meet project schedules without compromising on quality or cost.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery conditions with vendors.
• Review technical specifications and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor material inventory levels and coordinate with project and warehouse teams.
• Analyze market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders and contracts.
• Coordinate with design, planning, and execution teams for seamless procurement.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in procurement within the facade, construction, or building materials industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil preferred) – special consideration will be given to candidates with engineering qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, aluminum, glass, cladding materials, and associated fittings.
• Proven negotiation and vendor management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
