Role Brief for New Employee – Purchase & SCM

Your job will cover the complete purchase and supply chain process:

1. Purchase (Local & International):

o Buy materials from India and abroad.

o Take quotations, compare, finalize orders, and ensure timely delivery.

2. Vendor Development:

o Find new suppliers (local and foreign).

o Build strong relations and negotiate best rates, quality, and terms.

3. Import & Export:

o Handle import/export paperwork (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, LC, etc.).

o Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and customs.

o Make sure all government rules are followed.

4. Local Dispatch:

o Arrange dispatch of finished goods across India.

o Plan transport (trucks/LCVs) and manage delivery timelines.

5. Stock & Inventory:

o Keep track of incoming and outgoing material.

o Monitor stock &Avoid shortages or overstock.

6. Coordination:

o Work with Production, Sales, Accounts, and Warehouse teams.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
