Purchase Manager

· Responsible for procurement of Components required in manufacturing of Dairy and ice cream production.

· Get the collective requirements through ERP and IR.

· Float the enquiry and get the quotations from all potential suppliers.

· Comparison & Negotiate of quotes in respect of price, availability and payment terms for all available suppliers.

· Arrange samples to design as provided in the drawing.

· Introduce new potential vendors with consideration to cost, quality, quantity, delivery and other parameters.

· Annual rate contract, Annual maintenance contract (AMC), long terms contract with transporters from different location.

· Daily Stock review of material with priority categorization. (Regular & Critical Items).

· Follow up with vendors to get timely supply of material & monitor material delivery close loop.

· Co-ordination with Internal customers. (Quality, Production, Marketing, Dispatch & R& D).

· Monthly M.I.S Activity.

· Inclusion of new supplier and purchase price updating in ERP.

· PR to PO conversion and get the BU & management approval.

· Release the PO and send it to respective suppliers.

· Follow up with suppliers for Order confirmation/PI & processing the same for payment.

· Delivery date updating in ERP & follow up with suppliers regarding delivery on time.

· Coordination with carriers to arrange delivery of shipments.

· Coordination with in-coming warehouse supervisors to make smooth availability of components to respective production lines.

· Dealing with rejections material through customer generation, sales order process to suppliers.

· Processing of manual invoices/ PI for payments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
