Purchase Manager

• Source and procure construction materials at the best price & quality.
• Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for cost-effective deals.
• Maintain vendor database and build strong supplier relationships.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with site engineers.
• Prepare purchase orders, track bills, and ensure proper documentation.

• 3+ years of experience in purchase/supply chain (construction industry preferred).
• Strong negotiation & vendor management skills.
• Good knowledge of construction materials (cement, steel, bricks, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP tools will be an advantage.
