Purchase Manager

Position: Purchase Manager cum Inventory Manager

Experience: 4–5 Years

Industry: Real Estate / Construction

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement of construction materials (cement, steel, electrical, plumbing, finishing items)

Vendor sourcing, negotiation, and PO management

Site-wise inventory control, stock verification, and material movement

Coordination with site, finance, and accounts teams

MIS reporting and cost control

Requirements:

Graduate (Civil / Commerce preferred)

4–5 years experience in real estate/construction purchase & inventory

Knowledge of BOQ, ERP/Inventory systems, and MS Excel

Strong negotiation and coordination skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹17,488.01 per month
