Purchase Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Purchase Manager with strong exposure to FMCG procurement and Franchisee outlet operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, vendor management, cost optimization, and ensuring timely availability of materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement of Honey, Jam, Sauces, Ice Cream, and Packaging Materials
  • Handle purchase of equipment and operational supplies for Franchisee outlets
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors
  • Lead vendor negotiations to achieve cost efficiency and quality standards
  • Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure proper documentation
  • Verify invoices and coordinate with Accounts for RTGS and payment processing
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
  • Maintain purchase records, MIS reports, and compliance documentation
  • Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of procurement experience in the FMCG industry
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Knowledge of purchase documentation, payment processes, and compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
  • Strong analytical and cost-control mindset
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Profile:

  • Experience handling procurement for Franchisee or multi-location retail operations
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors and timelines efficiently

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
