Purchase Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager with a civil building background to handle procurement, vendor coordination, and material planning for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage procurement of construction materials and services

Vendor sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management

Ensure timely availability of materials as per project needs

Maintain purchase records, bills, and documentation

Monitor cost control and budget compliance

Coordinate with project/site teams for material requirements

Requirements

5–6 years experience in purchase/procurement for civil building projects

Knowledge of construction materials and vendor management

Strong negotiation and coordination skills

Good documentation and reporting abilities

Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
