Jainson Locks Pvt. Ltd. is a growing manufacturer and supplier of high-quality security and hardware products. We are looking for a responsible and experienced Purchase Manager to manage procurement activities and vendor coordination.

Job Summary

We are hiring a Purchase Manager for our Aligarh (Tala Nagri) unit. The candidate can be based in Aligarh or Jaipur, but must be willing to travel between Aligarh, Delhi, and Jaipur for vendor meetings and procurement coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle procurement of raw materials and finished goods
• Identify and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
• Compare quotations and finalize purchase orders
• Maintain purchase records and documentation
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with production team
• Ensure timely delivery of materials
• Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance
• Control purchase cost and ensure quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of purchase and supply chain management
• Strong negotiation skills
• Good understanding of MS Excel and documentation
• Ability to coordinate with multiple vendors
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to travel (Aligarh–Delhi–Jaipur)

Experience

• 1–3 years preferred
• Freshers with strong negotiation skills and industry knowledge may apply

Salary & Benefits

• ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
• Travel expenses as per company policy

• Candidate can be based in Aligarh (Tala Nagri) or Jaipur
• Must be comfortable with intercity travel
