Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Purchase Manager with strong expertise in the procurement of Polymer Virgin Raw Materials. The ideal candidate must have direct industry exposure, established vendor networks, strong negotiation capabilities, and a deep understanding of polymer pricing trends and supply dynamics.

Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end procurement of Virgin Polymer Raw Materials (PP, PE, ABS, PVC, etc.).

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, traders, and distributors.

- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supply contracts effectively.

- Monitor domestic and global polymer market trends, price fluctuations, and supply chain risks.

- Coordinate with production, sales, and finance teams for demand planning and stock optimization.

- Ensure timely procurement while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

- Manage vendor evaluation, performance tracking, and compliance documentation.

- Ensure accurate documentation including POs, invoices, GRNs, and reconciliation.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in procurement of polymer virgin raw materials (mandatory).

- Strong knowledge of polymer grades, applications, and industry pricing benchmarks.

- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.

- Strong analytical and decision-making ability.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced trading/manufacturing environment.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

● Working days: Monday to Saturday.

● Office timing: 10:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
