Job Title: Purchase Assistant Manager

Experience - 4 to 8 Year

Salary - 40k to 45 K CTC

Job Summary:

The Purchase Assistant Manager supports the purchasing department in sourcing raw materials, equipment, and services required for manufacturing operations. The role ensures timely procurement, cost control, and quality compliance while maintaining good relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and purchasing raw materials and production supplies
  • Compare prices and negotiate with suppliers
  • Prepare and process purchase orders
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams
  • Track deliveries and ensure on-time supply
  • Maintain supplier records and purchase documentation
  • Support cost reduction initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4–5 years of purchasing experience (preferably in manufacturing)
  • Good negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of procurement software and MS Office
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
