Job Designation: Purchase Manager

Job Location: Chhata Rural, Mathura

Experience: 4 – 5 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate best terms and conditions
• Manage procurement of raw materials, spices, ingredients, packaging materials, and consumables required for food production.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers
• Coordinate with Production, QA, and Stores teams for material planning and inventory control.
• Monitor stock levels and plan purchases to avoid shortages or excess inventory
• Ensure compliance with company policies, budgets, and audit requirements
• Handle vendor issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing
• Support cost-saving initiatives and procurement efficiency

Key Requirements

• 4 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
• Strong knowledge of raw material sourcing for food production.
• Ability to manage inventory and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP / purchase systems
• Understanding of food-grade quality standards and hygiene norms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
