Job Summary

We are looking for a Procurement Manager to handle purchase and vendor management activities for our construction projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and execute procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers
• Prepare purchase orders, rate comparisons, and material requirement plans
• Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for material planning
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to sites
• Monitor material consumption and control wastage
• Maintain vendor database and performance records
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies
• Coordinate with the accounts department for vendor payments
• Maintain MIS reports related to purchase and stock using MS Office

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Commerce / Supply Chain Management or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement (construction industry preferred)
• Knowledge of building materials and market rates will be an added advantage
• Good negotiation and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
