Purchase Manager – Food & Beverage

URGENT REQUIREMENT

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchase Manager to oversee our Food & Beverage procurement operations. This role is vital in ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and smooth supply chain management across our hospitality departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchasing: Order food, beverage, and mini-bar products based on par levels, negotiate best prices, and maintain supplier contracts.
• Receiving: Inspect deliveries for quality and accuracy, verify invoices, and coordinate with accounting.
• Storage & Issuance: Organize storerooms, ensure FIFO rotation, and monitor requisitions.
• Inventories: Conduct monthly counts, maintain perpetual inventory, and reconcile costs with accounting.
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and oversee contract agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage purchasing, storeroom, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with culinary and finance teams.
• Preferred language- Arabic and English.
