Baranh is seeking a skilled and experienced Purchase Manager to lead our procurement function. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing, vendor management, and cost control within the hospitality/restaurant industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies
• Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Ensure timely procurement of quality products at competitive prices
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with store and kitchen teams
• Prepare reports, budgets, and forecasts related to purchasing
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as a Purchase Manager (hospitality/restaurant industry preferred)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in inventory and procurement software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
