4/5 yrs experience MINIMUM

*Govt client BUILDING works* material purchase works

Prior experience needed especially for central govt project depts (like CPWD,NBCC,NPCC, RAILWAYS etc.)

Need to head overall purchase department

Main skill- Vendor negotiation and finalisation of Purchase Orders
