Job Description:

Dolphin Star Fire Fighting and Safety Equipment Trading LLC is looking for a Purchase Officer with experience in firefighting, fire alarm systems, or building materials. The candidate will be responsible for handling all procurement activities, supplier coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of materials required for projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.

Prepare and process purchase orders accurately.

Ensure all materials meet required specifications and quality standards.

Coordinate with project, engineering, and accounts departments to fulfill material requirements.

Maintain inventory levels and monitor delivery schedules.

Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely deliveries.

Maintain proper documentation of all purchase activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field(preferred).

3–5 years of experience in purchasing/procurement in firefighting, fire alarm, or building materials field.

Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Good knowledge of UAE market and supplier networks.

Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
