Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify reliable local and international suppliers for materials, office items, and services.
  • Request and evaluate quotations; negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Issue purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely and accurate supply.
  • Maintain proper records of vendors, quotations, purchase orders, and payments.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Review invoices and coordinate with the accounts department for timely payments.
  • Maintain and update supplier performance records.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and internal control procedures.
  • Prepare periodic purchase and cost analysis reports.
  • Support production and maintenance departments with procurement of raw materials and spare parts.
  • Continuously identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.
  • Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth receiving and dispatch of purchased items.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
