Imperial Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Officer to join our Procurement team at the Head Office. The ideal candidate will manage procurement activities efficiently, ensuring timely sourcing, cost effectiveness, and supplier relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
a. Prepare and manage purchase orders, invoices and procurement documentation.
b. Procure goods and services as per company requirements while ensuring cost efficiency.
c. Evaluate, select, and maintain relationships with suppliers.
d. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams to maintain optimal inventory.
e. Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
f. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
g. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and report to the Procurement Manager.
h. Any other task as assigned by Line Manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP or procurement software is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
