We’re Hiring: Purchaser

Location: Islamabad
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchaser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely availability of materials and services in line with organizational requirements.

This role is best suited for individuals with strong negotiation skills and a solid understanding of purchasing processes, vendor management, and cost control.

Role Overview

As a Purchaser, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring goods and services required for daily operations. You will work closely with internal departments and external vendors to ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suppliers and vendors based on quality, cost, and reliability
• Manage the procurement process from requisition to purchase order issuance
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and follow up on pending orders
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in demand planning
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement or purchasing and must be a resident of Islamabad
• Experience in vendor negotiation and procurement processes
• Prior experience in real estate, construction, or a similar industry will be an advantage

• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
