Key Responsibilities
•Oversee the supplier evaluation and qualification process, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.
•Sending RFQ’s to supplier and negotiate towards requirement of departments indents.
•Prepare CSQ / Capex & P-Bex based on quotes and previous records for procurement
•Manage the purchase order process, ensuring accurate and timely purchase order creation, issuance, and tracking.
•Follow-up with suppliers via mass of communications to adhere the works done on scheduled timeline
•Update & submit Cost Saving MIS Report on monthly basis to reporting manager
Submitting data report of Supplier Performance Report & Rating MIS on Monthly Basis
Responsible for maintaining files & documents of purchase department
•Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs, forecast demand, and develop procurement plans accordingly.
•Resolve supplier-related issues, including disputes, quality concerns, delivery delays, and payment discrepancies
Minimum Job Requirements
Diploma in Engineering - (Mechanical/Production/Rubber Technology) OR B.A./B. Sc./B. Com
Experience - 1 Years to 2Years Experience as a Supervisor or in a similar position
Average verbal and written communications skills
Average analytical thinking and negotiation skills
Ability to work under guideline
Well versed with Microsoft Office and ERP

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
