Job Title: Purchasing Analyst
Location: Beaverton, OR (Onsite, WHQ)
Contract Type: Contractor (Full-time, Onsite 5 days/week)

About the Role

Our Marketplace team is seeking a Purchasing Analyst to create, manage, and maintain purchase orders that ensure timely product delivery, cost optimization, and world-class business practices. You will play a key role in bringing seasonal product stories to life while supporting cross-functional teams and ensuring supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain purchase orders from initiation to product leaving the factory.
• Support bi-monthly inventory purchases for the North America Marketplace.
• Communicate updates on inventory and purchase orders to cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with Liaison Officers, Factories, Trading Companies, Supply Chain, Inventory Planners, Global Planners, Trade & Transportation, and project teams.
• Support strategies impacting supply delivery and manufacturing timelines.
• Provide reporting on consumer planner strategies and post-buy results.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor//'s degree in a business-related field.
• 2+ years//' work experience in purchasing, operations, or a related business function.
• Strong Excel expertise (data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving).
• SAP/ERP experience (S/4 HANA preferred) with sales & purchase order management.
• Excellent organizational skills with a sense of urgency and ability to manage ambiguity.
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Background in supply chain and operations.
• Direct experience with PO creation and factory PO maintenance.
• Ability to proactively solve problems and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, energetic, and eager-to-learn mindset.

Team & Work Environment

• Work directly with a team of 8 purchasing analysts, while engaging with a broader cross-functional network.
• Typical work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (PST).
