Job Summary:
The role supports the Procurement Department in managing Food & Beverage (F&B) purchasing operations, including supplier coordination, order placement, and inventory management. The position is responsible for maintaining accurate procurement records, invoices, and documentation to ensure efficient procurement processes and timely availability of F&B supplies.

Qualifications:
1. Previous Purchasing Assistant experience required;
2. Knowledge of market research;
3. Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications and relevant computer applications;
4. University/College degree in a related discipline an asset;
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills;
6. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities;
7. Highly responsible & reliable;
8. Ability to work cohesively as part of a team;
9. Ability to focus, remaining calm and courteous at all times
