Job Title: Purchasing Coordinator.
Pay Range: $25 - $35 an hour.

Job Summary:
The Purchasing Coordinator plays a key role in managing the procurement process by researching materials, suppliers, and products to ensure cost-efficiency. They handle the logistics of acquiring materials, including tracking shipments, managing delivery schedules, and resolving supply chain issues. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, as coordinators often manage multiple orders, vendor communications, and internal requests at once. They also work closely with departments like production and accounting to ensure purchasing align with operational and budgetary needs.
Reports To:
The Purchasing Coordinator will report to the Chief Operating Officer.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Purchase job related materials according to customer specifications manual.
· Find suppliers with best pricing and availability of materials and services needed.
· Communicate with vendors and freight carriers to schedule deliveries.
· Maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure consistent pricing and availability of materials and services.
· Keep detailed records of purchases made.
· Authorize credit card payment for materials bought by field personnel.
· Order, maintain stock, and distribute company t-shirts and sweatshirts.
· Order and keep detailed track of job-site equipment (Lifts, Restrooms, Mobile Offices and all other equipment requested)
· Perform periodic audits of rental equipment to maintain accurate records.
· Fill out credit applications to create accounts with vendors.
· Resolve issues related to delivery delays, defective products, and invoice discrepancies.
· Other duties assigned.
Qualifications:
· 2–4 years of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, or logistics.
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills for vendor coordination.
· Familiarity with construction materials, ordering processes, and rental equipment tracking.
· Ability to source suppliers, negotiate pricing, and maintain long-term vendor relationships.
· High school diploma or GED required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred but not required.

This position will be located in our Mesa office.
