Purchasing Coordinator

Established manufacturer of high-pressure diesel injection tubes
looking for a new office team member.
Experience with ERP systems is a key requirement.

Proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word is a must. Professional language skills in English and an open and friendly personality are expected.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented procurement manager. In this vital role, you will oversee the sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain management processes to ensure the timely acquisition of quality materials and services. Your expertise will help optimize inventory levels, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to support manufacturing operations and overall business objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where strategic procurement drives success.

Duties

• Coordinate procurement activities using the EVO ERO system to streamline purchasing workflows and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability for manufacturing needs.
• Collaborate with the production manager to coordinate shipping schedules, and delivery timelines for seamless operations.
• Support inventory control efforts by tracking stock movements, managing reorder points, and reducing excess or obsolete inventory.
• Proven experience in procurement management within manufacturing a environment.
• Strong familiarity with ERP systems for procurement and inventory management, demand forecasts and cost analyses.
• This role will work hand in hand with the office manager and will fill in for her role as needed.
• The duties will be extended to production planning after the purchase planning role has been established.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
