Purchasing Coordinator

The Purchasing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role located in Charlotte, NC. This role involves managing purchase orders, tracking procurement activities, and optimizing purchasing processes. The Purchasing Coordinator will collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services, while maintaining compliance with company policies and standards. Daily responsibilities may include compiling and analyzing procurement data, negotiating with suppliers, and resolving issues related to orders.

• Thorough understanding of Purchasing Processes, Procurement, and Purchase Orders
• Experience with Purchasing and effective supplier relationship management
• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret purchasing and procurement data
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and vendors
• Proficiency with procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Relevant experience or a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, particularly in sectors such as manufacturing or engineering, is a plus
