800 Flower LLC is a leading floral and gifting company in the UAE, committed to delivering excellence in customer experience and product quality. We are currently seeking a dedicated Purchasing Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary:
The Purchasing Coordinator will be responsible for managing procurement activities, maintaining supplier relationships, ensuring timely ordering and delivery of materials, and supporting day-to-day purchasing functions. A background in the flower industry within the UAE is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and negotiate with suppliers for the best pricing and terms
• Place purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and inventory levels
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure order accuracy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international vendors
• Work closely with customer service and e-commerce teams to ensure product availability and smooth order fulfillment
• Monitor market trends and proactively manage seasonal flower purchasing

Requirements:

• Mandatory experience in the flower industry in the UAE
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the flower industry within the UAE
• Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes
• Knowledge of customer service and e-commerce operations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with procurement software is a plus
• UAE residency or work permit preferred
