Purchasing Manager / Secretary

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented, and fluent English-speaking Purchasing Manager / Secretary (female) to work with our foreign client. The ideal candidate must be confident in both spoken and written English, able to communicate professionally with suppliers and purchasers in the USA, and manage administrative and procurement-related tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

· Communicate professionally with purchasers, suppliers, and vendors in the USA.

· Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, price negotiation, order placement, and follow-ups.

· Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, purchase orders, and correspondence.

· Coordinate schedules, meetings, and calls on behalf of the client.

· Assist with general administrative and secretarial tasks, including email handling, filing, and data entry.

· Ensure timely delivery of purchased goods and follow up on shipment updates.

· Maintain professional communication across multiple channels (email, WhatsApp, calls).

Requirements

· Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory).

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Prior experience in purchasing or BPO preferred.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
