Purchasing Officer

Al Taie Center is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Purchasing Officer to join our administrative team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory monitoring and purchasing within a medical facility
• Strong knowledge of medical supplies, equipment, and consumables
• Must have own visa
• Valid UAE driver’s license
• Good organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet procurement deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage purchasing of medical supplies, equipment, and consumables
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate pricing and delivery terms
• Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and healthcare standards
• Support logistics and deliveries as required
