Location: Lahore Near Valecia Town (Office-based)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Purchasing & Procurement Assistant to manage all purchasing activities, maintain supplier relationships, and assist with client communication when required. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining purchase records and reports using Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and execute purchasing orders from suppliers.
  • Communicate with suppliers and clients regarding prices, requirements, and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain purchasing data and records in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Track inventory and prepare basic purchasing reports.
  • Ensure quality and timely delivery of purchased items.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a similar role.
  • Good command of Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (Urdu + English (Arabic preferred).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.

Salary: PKR 45,000 to 60,000 based on experiance
